We use the most common shipping services of Posti and Matkahuolto.
The price of the delivery methods depends on the weight and size of the package. Prices for small and normal packages are € 6.90 - € 7.90. More detailed pricing will be announced at checkout, before order confirmation.
Our most common delivery times in mainland Finland are 2-4 days, depending on the order and delivery method. Orders will be shipped within two business days, usually the next day. If the product is not in stock, delivery times are longer.
Right of cancellation and return policy
All products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act from the date of receipt of the order. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must give notice of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period (Consumer Protection Act 6:14). Cancellations must always be notified in advance in writing by email. The right of cancellation applies to consumer customers.
Failure to collect the package is not the same as returning the product / canceling the sale. We charge delivery and handling costs of 23 euros for all non-picked shipments. The fee corresponds to the actual cost of delivery, return and handling.
The returned product must be marketable, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Once the returned product (s) has been received, the order payment will be refunded to the account provided by the customer. Customer will pay the shipment cost for returns.
Defective / damaged delivery / product
If the product included in the shipment is different from the one you ordered, it is damaged or the products are missing, please notify us immediately by e-mail. If the order contains false or defective products or the products are completely missing, we will send replacement products at no extra cost to you. If the packaging or product has been damaged during transport, notify us in writing by e-mail to the address below, describe the damage and attach a picture of the product and packaging. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.

When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information and account number for a refund.
Transmission check, error and problem situations
Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days and we will agree on how we can correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.
